FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: B-J Trophies Wins National
Award 
Ocala, Florida, March 23, 2009 – The creative
team at B-J Trophies and Awards has won a coveted Obelisk award at the
2009 International Awards Market in Las Vegas. The Market, the annual
national convention of the Awards and Recognition Association, is the
largest in the industry and is attended by over 3500 awards professionals.
The winning entry in the Plaque Division was selected by Market attendees
from a large field of plaques submitted by awards retailers from across
the United States and Canada. The award was presented to owner Floyd
Hershberger at the Gala Awards Banquet which capped off the Market.

The winning plaque combines the traditional elements of wood and
engraving with the latest technology in sublimation printing and acrylic
lighted by printed-circuit Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs). The idea for the
plaque came from a point-of-purchase display created for an Ocala-based
company that produces LEDs for the recreational vehicle industry. B-J
Trophies designer Mark Hershberger created the original counter-top
display then adapted it into the plaque that captured the award. For
